Pingnan Lu is a Chinese illustrator and comics artist from Tianjin, currently based in New York City. She received her MFA in Illustration from the Fashion Institute of Technology in 2024.

Her distinctive visual style explores spatial narratives through distorted geometric forms, creating immersive visual experiences.

Alongside illustration, she is deeply interested in creative product design, artist books, and handmade bookmaking. She works across a range of printing processes, including letterpress, offset, Risograph, and screen printing, often incorporating these traditional techniques into her contemporary visual practice.
